Parents and Students
Hope everyone is having a great summer. We would like to remind you of some important information. Registration is scheduled for June 26 or July 24 in the band room from 8am-1pm. Please make sure you bring your students Social Security card, any health insurance information, your Doctor’s numbers and all student health information. All band fees will be due at this time. You may pay with cash or personal check.

BAND STUDENTS
Camp Fees $ 200.00
Shoes-per pair $ 40.00
Gloves-per pair $ 3.00
Instrument Rental $ 25.00
(per semester)
* You will need both black and white shoes and black and white gloves *

GUARD STUDENTS
Camp Fees/Guard Shirt $215.00
Shoes $ 40.00
Guard Gloves $12.00
Saber Rental $25.00
(Per semester)
Jacket $40.00
Pants $25.00
Rehearsal uniform $20.00

If your child was in the band/guard last year it is a good idea to make a list of what they already have. Get them to try on their shoes, jackets and gloves to see if they still fit.

The Spirit Van will be at practice on Tues and Thurs during band season.

BAND CAMP TIPS
Band camp will start on Mon July 26^th at 8:00 am
* drink plenty of liquids the days before camp starts to get hydrated.
* spend some time outside the week before camp to help adjust to the heat.
* use sunscreen everyday and re-apply during breaks if needed.
* bring an individual drinking cooler with ice water or Gatorade.
* wear a hat/visor and sunglasses
* wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes for marching.
* eat a healthy breakfast each morning (include protein items) Poptarts and sugar cereals are not good choices.

Parents you are also invited to join the Booster club and attend all meetings. They are held on the first Tues. of each month. Individual Memberships are $15.00 and Family Memberships are $20.00.
